The Macomb Area Conference has realigned their divisions for the upcoming 2020 season and the MAC Red will have a change.
The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils have made the leap into a division known to be the toughest in the state of Michigan. The Blue Devils, who have dominated the MAC White in recent years, will replace the Anchor Bay Tars in 2020.
The Blue Devils qualified for the state playoffs in '19. Max Preps has the Blue Devils ranked #21 in their final Top 25 Division 1 teams. They'll join a division in which the other five teams include: #7 Romeo Bulldogs, #8 Chippewa Valley Big Reds, #9 Eisenhower Eagles, #13 Stevenson Titans, and #19 Dakota Cougars. This is an impressive division and the 2020 season should be even more exciting with the Blue Devils participating.
The Titans are no stranger to the Blue Devils. They've played them 12 times over the years and lead the series 7-5.
